What is infrared energy?
Infrared energy is some sort of wave energy, transmitted by
means of electromagnetic radiation within certain ranges of
light spectrum. They usually exist on the range of 0.7 to
1000 µm and can be mainly classified into three further
ranges such as Near, Middle and Far infrared energy as show
figure below.

It is due to each energy carries different wavelengths. More
energy is carried, shorter wavelengths will be. Although this
energy is invisible to our naked eye, our sensitive skin can
feel it as heat. Different from other heat transfer, infrared
energy gives out heat once it hits the surface of material
in which molecules will be vibrated to emit heat (also called
radiant heat). Thus, infrared energy is the most of efficient,
direct and stable heat in the earth.
Radiant heaters are healthier than traditional heaters. It
does not heat the air of the room but heat directly the persons
and the objects. It does not burn any oxygen in the room and
do not need any air current. At the same time there is no
dehumidification phenomenon.
In the market today, there are lots of heaters being able
to release radiant heat. Radiant heat is infrared.
Normally, those heaters use quartz tubes or visible coils,
but our heaters use the new revolutionary technology, Micathermic
technology to release radiant heat. These Micathermic heaters
do not only emit radiant heat in the most efficient, fast
and persistent way, but also offers a safe (no more glowing
element to cause fire hazard.) and reliable performance.
